Fitness Challenge Boot Camp Program
Our boot camps are fun, exciting and professionally facilitated so each participant can engage in a competition with oneself. Our camps make it easy for the novice, the intermediate, and the advanced camper to get all they want and need out of an exercise program!
Our camps start with a 5 minute stretching routine to warm up those tight cold muscle fibers before starting. We then immediately jump into some calisthenics exercises. We then progress into body weight, light dumbbell exercises, abdominal and core work and functional exercises. Each session also incorporates jogging and then different obstacle courses. This circuit style workout with different forms of exercise will continue for the entire hour with periodic water breaks. We end with another 5 minute stretching routine to cool down and re-oxygenate those lengthened muscle fibers before heading home.
