Locations, Times and Dates

We are having boot camps at three different locations this month. Our boot camps last four weeks five weeks and meet three days per week for a total of twelve sessions.

City Park AM Boot Camp

The City Park Boot Camp now has an indoor venue for when it is cold (below 45) or raining. It is at the St. Pius School at 6600 Spanish Fort Blvd. View Map.

The City Park AM Boot Camp will begin on Monday July 19th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 5:45-6:45AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at the City Park practice track across from Tad Gormley Stadium. Uptown AM Boot Camp

The Uptown AM Boot Camp will begin on Tuesday July 20th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 5:45-6:45AM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings at Audubon Park on St. Charles across from Tulane and Loyola Universities! City Park PM Boot Camp

The City Park PM Boot Camp will begin on Monday July 19th, and will meet 3 days per week, from 6-7PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at City Park by NOMA across from the Big Lake off of Carrollton Ave. To purchase the PM City Park Mon/Wed/Thu boot camp please click here. Unlike the AM City Park Boot Camp, there will be NO INDOOR VENUE for this Boot Camp.

Metairie AM Boot Camp

The Metairie AM Boot Camp will begin on July 27th and will meet 3 days per week, from 6-7AM on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday indoors at Clearview Mall in the Clearview Room behind Semolina's. To purchase the AM Metairie Tue/Thu/Fri boot camp please click here.

We are Planning to begin a Warehouse District AM Boot Camp that will meet 3 days per week, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings at the Mississippi River Heritage Park across from the Convention Center “Hall D” on Convention Center Blvd, John Churchill Chase st, and Gaiennie St. next to the Hampton Inn Hotel. What to Bring

All participants are required to bring the following to each session/class:

  • 1) Yoga Mat
  • 2) 5, or 10 lbs set of dumbbells
  • 3) Bottle of Water
  • 4) Towel (optional)

Bring a Friend

Our Boot Camps are Coed and also function as a great form of exercise for couples and friends. Our clients often comment that although our sessions are intense exercise sessions, they are extremely motivated by our instructor's style, which is encouraging and inspiring, making it more likely that you will stick with the sessions and achieve lasting results. The New Orleans Boot Camps are located in City Park, Clearview Mall and Audubon Park and will focus on core fitness and endurance.

The Boot Camps are designed for the novice as well as the experienced fitness buff, and will alternate through a series of cardio exercises, agility drills, calisthenics, body weight exercises, mat Pilates, light jogging, and an obstacle course.
